Our services
Supported living
Support to live well in your own home, with the routines, skills and confidence that make it yours.

The service
What supported living means
Supported living means the person holds their own tenancy, alone or with others, and we provide the support they need to live there safely.
They decide how their home runs. We help with the parts that are hard right now, and step back as confidence grows.

What support can include
Support is always planned around the person. These are some of the things it often includes.
Daily living
Cooking, cleaning, shopping and the routines that make a week work.
Money and tenancy
Budgeting, paying bills and dealing with landlords and letters.
Health and wellbeing
Appointments, medication support and staying well.
Getting out
Work, study, hobbies and keeping in touch with people.
Personal care
Washing, dressing and moving safely, where it is needed.
Planning ahead
Goals set and reviewed together, so support changes as the person does.
Who it is for
Who supported living suits
Mental health
Consistent support with routines, relapse prevention plans and links to community mental health teams, including after a hospital stay.
Physical disabilities
Support around the home and daily life, working alongside adaptations and equipment, so the person stays in control.
Older adults
For older adults who want their own front door with support close at hand, planned around health, mobility and what matters to them.

How we keep support safe
Every package follows the same careful steps, checked through internal audit and external review.
Assessment
We meet the person, their family and the professionals involved, and read any assessments they can share.
Support plan
Written together in plain language, setting out what support looks like day to day and what matters most.
Risk assessments
We look at risks together and agree ways to manage them that respect the choices people make.
Mental capacity
Where there is doubt about a decision, we follow the Mental Capacity Act and involve the right people.
Common questions
How do I make a referral?
Use the referral form on our Contact us page, or email us with a few details about the person and the support they need. Families, social workers and health professionals can all refer. We aim to reply within one working day.
How is care funded?
Care can be funded by the local authority, the NHS, a direct payment or privately. Every situation is different, so we will talk through what applies to you.
How soon can support start?
It depends on the assessment and on matching the right team. Once we have met, we will give you a clear start date and keep you updated.
Can family be involved?
Yes, with the agreement of the person we support. Families often know the person best, and we welcome their views in planning and reviews.
