Common questions

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to reply to every message and referral within one working day.

What happens after I send a referral?

We read it, get in touch with you, and arrange to meet the person. Nothing is agreed until the person and the people supporting them are happy with the plan.

Does the person need to agree to the referral?

Ideally, yes. If they are unable to make this decision, the referral should come from someone acting in their best interests, such as their social worker or attorney.

How is my information kept safe?

Your details are stored securely and only seen by the people who need them to respond. Our notification emails never include personal details.

Can I apply to work with you?

Yes. Use the contact form and choose Working with us, or email us your CV.
