Our services

Care and support, planned around the person

We provide supported living and domiciliary care for adults across England. Every package starts with getting to know the person, and is built from there.

Two ways we support people

Some people want support to live in their own tenancy. Others need care at home to stay where they are. Many need a mix that changes over time.

Supported living

Support to live in your own home, with your own tenancy, and the help you need to do it well.

  • Daily living and routines
  • Money, bills and tenancy
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Getting out and staying connected

Domiciliary care

Visits at home from a consistent team, for personal care, meals, medication and company.

  • Personal care with dignity
  • Medication support
  • Meals and drinks
  • Companionship

Who we support

We support adults with a range of needs. Support is always shaped by the person, not by a label.

Mental health

Steady, consistent support for adults living with mental health needs, including after a hospital stay or a difficult period.

Older adults

Help to stay independent at home as needs change, with care that fits the routine people already have.

Physical disabilities

Practical support with daily life and personal care, working around equipment and adaptations so people stay in control.

How getting started works

Families, social workers and health professionals can all refer.

  1. Get in touch

Send our short referral form, or email us. We aim to reply within one working day.

  2. We meet the person

We visit to listen and meet the people around them.

  3. We write the plan together

The support plan and risk assessments are agreed before support starts.

  4. Support starts

A named team begins, and we review the plan regularly.
